Artist Statement

I’ve always found that the most interesting thing about life is the way you look at it and the people you meet along the way.

Painting is my way of slowing down and noticing the things that stand out to me: the people, objects, and moments that make me smile or what challenges my thinking. It’s like a visual gratitude journal, a chance to share the world I see with others. I paint what I love, what I find cool, or anything that makes me pause for a second and appreciate the little things we often overlook.
